When will my order ship?
The first step in our packing and shipping process is printing your shipping label. Once the label is printed, all orders will be processed within 12 business days.

Production time is listed under each item. All Ella K custom & personalized items are made to order specially for you which requires processing time up to 12 business days. 

Ella K ready made items will ship within 2 days of placing your order.
