POLICY 

All items that are customized are hand made items and are FINAL SALE.  All personalized jewelry are FINAL sale and non refundable. These items are made especially for you once your order is placed. These items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. 

 

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES:

Ella K is not liable for USPS First Class Mail packages that are lost or stolen and will not offer a refund or replacement. If you would like to file a claim regarding your package, you can do so at https://usps.force.com/emailus/s/. There is nothing we can do if your package has left Ella K.
